Returns & Refunds policy

We aim to provide beautiful wines and excellent service. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of wine and alcohol, we only accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival

  • The product is faulty or spoiled

  • You received the wrong item

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will let you know if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage

We will replace or refund the item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bottles (unless faulty)

  • Products bought on clearance

  • Gift cards
